$150 Setup Fee

Includes a full property inspection to identify current issues and potential problem areas that could lead to future wildlife conflicts. This also covers trap placement and the use of species-specific attractants designed to target the intended animal while minimizing the risk of capturing non-target species.

$65 Daily Maintenance Fee

Covers ongoing trap monitoring, animal removal and disposal, humane euthanasia when required, site reassessment, and rebaiting or adjustments as needed.

$50 Per Animal Option

An alternative to the daily maintenance fee, this option provides a flat rate per animal captured, including both target and incidental species

One-Way Door Exclusion

$150 / 5-Day Service

Includes installation of one-way door excluders on structures such as homes, garages, sheds, and decks, along with verification of animal exit.

This service is not performed during birthing and rearing seasons.

Mole Control Program

$400 / 12-Day Program (Up to 1 Acre)

Includes a full 12-day trapping cycle with flexible start dates.

Larger properties require an on-site assessment for accurate pricing.

Carcass Removal

Starting at $125, with final pricing based on accessibility, location, and any additional work required for safe removal.

Snake Removal

Direct Capture: Starting at $125 when the snake can be quickly located and removed

Trapping Option: $140 setup fee plus $30 per day for monitoring and inspection

Beaver/Otter Removal

Each project begins with a detailed assessment and a customized quote based on site conditions, including area size and accessibility.

Example pricing: $225 setup (5 days) + $85 per beaver. More complex locations may require adjusted pricing.

Because predator activity can quickly return if left unmanaged, continued monitoring and follow-up efforts are often recommended to help maintain control and reduce future conflicts.
